就盐酸来说,会产生相当多的含铁废盐酸,这些废液假如直接排放会严重污染环境,而且形成资源糜费。有材料显现,将废酸经过浓缩精馏、酸化,可制得氯化氢气体,再吸收成盐酸以及酸化制备母液的再处置,不产生二次污染且零排放,从而完成了工业酸洗含铁废盐酸的资源化处置。废酸中氯的回收率到达85%,得到的工业精制盐酸质量浓度达34%,同时副产氧化歙红和磷肥。
