镀锌产品气刀条痕缺陷的产生

当气刀喷嘴发生部分堵塞时,在带钢对应的位置会发生锌层超厚,构成带痕。

发生原因
Cause of occurrence
1、气刀角度、高度、距离调整不合理;两头喷嘴角度差错主要是负角度调整过大所发生,角度正值的一侧喷出的气流,将带钢边部剩余的锌液喷吹到负值一侧喷嘴内发生堵塞构成带痕。气刀高度过低且喷吹压大能使锌液飞溅,堵塞气刀构成带痕,气刀距离带钢过小且来料浪形、瓢曲、带钢受热不均、带钢张力过小等构成带钢刮气刀构成堵塞发生条痕。
1. The adjustment of the angle, height and distance of air knife is unreasonable. The main reason for the angle error of the two nozzles is the excessive adjustment of the negative angle. 解决办法:合理调整气刀角度控制规划应在(-10°,20°),两头喷嘴角度差3°,操作可在现场依据气刀声音判别角度规划;在出产0.5mm~1.0mm的带钢气刀高度不易过低,可以通过喷嘴距带钢距离调整气刀压力,防止气刀距液面过低,喷吹过大,构成锌液飞溅,堵塞气刀;一旦发生堵塞使用专业工具进行处理,必要时需求进行泊车处理。
