涂塑钢管,又名涂塑管、钢塑复合管、涂塑复合钢管,是以钢管为基体,经过喷、滚、浸、吸工艺在钢管(底管)内表面熔接一层塑料防腐层或在内外表面熔接塑料防腐层的钢塑复合钢管。涂塑钢管具有优秀的耐腐蚀性和比较小的摩擦阻力。环氧树脂涂塑钢管适用于给排水、海水、温水、油、气体等介质的保送,聚氯乙烯涂塑钢管适用于排水、海水、油、气体等介质的保送。

Plastic-coated steel pipes, also known as plastic-coated pipes, steel-plastic composite pipes and plastic-coated composite pipes, are steel-plastic composite pipes based on steel pipes. After spraying, rolling, immersion and suction processes, a plastic anti-corrosion layer is welded on the inner surface of steel pipes (bottom pipes) or a plastic anti-corrosion layer is welded on the inner and outer surface of steel-plastic composite pipes. Plastic coated steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and relatively small friction resistance. Epoxy resin coated steel pipe is suitable for water supply and drainage, sea water, warm water, oil, gas and other media delivery. PVC coated steel pipe is suitable for water drainage, sea water, oil, gas and other media delivery.

1.外观检查目测检查涂覆钢管的外观质量,实验结果应契合5.1的规则。

2.厚度丈量从涂覆钢管的两端取不同长度的两个横断面,在每个横断面用电磁测厚仪丈量圆周上直交的恣意四点的涂层厚度,实验结果应契合5.4的规则。

管段试件长度约为1000mm,用电火花检漏仪对钢管涂层在规则实验电压下中止检查,涂层厚度不大于0.4mm,实验电压为1500 V,涂层厚度大于0.4mm,实验电压为2000V。检查有无电火花产生,实验结果应契合5.5的规则。

The length of the tube section is about 1000mm. The inspection of the steel tube coating is discontinued under the regular experimental voltage by EDM leak detector. The thickness of the coating is not more than 0.4mm, the experimental voltage is 1500V, the thickness of the coating is more than 0.4mm and the experimental voltage is 2000 V. Check whether the spark is produced or not. The experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.5.

4.附着力实验附着力实验按CJ/T 120-2008中7.4.2中止,实验结果应契合5.6的规则。

5.弯曲实验DN≤50mm的涂覆钢管中止弯曲实验。管段试件长度为(1200±100)mm。在温度为(20±5)℃的环境下,以钢管公称通径的8倍为曲率半径,弯曲角度为30°,在弯管机或模具上中止弯曲。弯曲实验时管内不带填充物,焊缝位于弯曲主面的侧面。实验后,从弯曲圆弧的中部将试件剖开,检查内涂层,实验结果应契合5.7的规则

5. Bending experiment DN < 50mm for coated steel tube to stop bending. The length of the tube section is (1200 + 100) mm. In the environment of temperature (20 +5)degrees C, the bending is stopped on the bending machine or die with 8 times the nominal diameter of the steel pipe as the radius of curvature and the bending angle of 30 degrees. In bending test, there is no filler in the pipe, and the weld is located on the side of the main bending surface. After the experiment, the specimen is cut off from the middle of the curved arc and the inner coating is checked. The experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.7.

6.压扁实验DN>50 mm的涂覆钢管中止压扁实验。管段试件尺寸长为(50±10)mm。

在温度为(20±5) ℃的环境下,将试件置于两平板之间,在压力实验机上逐渐紧缩至两平板间距离为试件外径的五分之四,压扁时涂覆钢管焊缝垂直于载荷施加方向。实验后,检查内涂层,实验结果应契合5.8的规则。

When the temperature is (20 +5) C, the specimen is placed between the two plates, and the distance between the two plates is four fifths of the outer diameter of the specimen. After the experiment, the inner coating should be checked and the experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.8.

8.冲击实验从涂覆钢管的恣意位置切取长约100mm的试样,在温度为(20±5)℃的环境下,按规则中止冲击实验,观察内涂层的损坏情况。实验时,焊缝应在冲击面相反的方向,实验结果应契合5.9的规则。

The impact test is to cut the specimen about 100 mm in length from the arbitrary position of the coated steel tube, and stop the impact test according to the rules under the environment of (20 +5)degrees Celsius. The damage of the inner coating is observed. In the experiment, the weld should be in the opposite direction of the impact surface, and the experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.9.

9.真空实验管段试件长度为(500±50)mm,运用恰当的措施堵住管道进出口,从进口逐渐增加负压至660mm汞柱,坚持1min,验后检查内涂层,实验结果应契合5.10的规则。

10.高温实验管段试件长度为(100±10)mm,将试件放置在恒温箱中,升温至(300±5)℃,并恒温1h,然后取出自然冷至常温。实验后,取出试件并检查内涂层(允许外观颜色变深、发暗现象),实验结果应契合5.11的规则。

10. The length of the high temperature test tube is (100 + 10) mm. The specimen is placed in a thermostat and heated to (300 + 5). The temperature is kept constant for 1 hour. Then the natural temperature is taken out and cooled to room temperature. After the experiment, take out the specimen and check the inner coating (allowing the appearance to darken and darken). The experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.11.

11.低温实验管段试件尺寸长度为(100±10)mm,将试件放置在低温箱中,降温至(-30±2)℃,并恒温1h,然后取出放置在温度为(20±5)℃的环境下(4~7)h。

12.压力循环实验与水压供给系统相衔接,充水扫除空气,然后中止3000次从(0.4±0.1)MPa至 MPa的交变水压实验,每次实验的周期不大于2s。实验后检查内涂层,并按6.4的规则中止附着力实验,实验结果应契合5.13的规则。

Pressure cycle experiment is connected with water pressure supply system, water is filled to clean air, and then 3000 alternating water pressure experiments from (0.4 +0.1) MPa to MPa are stopped. The period of each experiment is not more than 2 seconds. After the experiment, the inner coating was checked and the adhesion experiment was terminated according to the 6.4 rule. The experimental results should conform to the 5.13 rule.

13.温度循环实验

管段试件长度为(500±50)mm,将试件按下列次第在每个温度条件下放置24h:实验后试件放置在温度为(20±5)℃的环境中24h,检查内涂层情况,并按6.4的规则中止附着力实验,实验结果应契合5.14的规则。

The length of the tube section is (500 +50) mm. The specimen is placed for 24 hours at each temperature according to the following order: after the experiment, the specimen is placed in the environment of (20 +5)degrees Celsius for 24 hours, the inner coating is checked, and the adhesion test is terminated according to the rule of 6.4. The experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.14.

14.温水老化实验管段试件尺寸长度约为100mm,管段两端暴露处应中止相应的防腐处置,将管段放置在(70±2)℃的蒸馏水中浸泡30d,实验后取出自然冷却至常温,检查试件内涂层,实验结果应契合5.15的规则

14. The length of the specimen in the warm water aging test section is about 100 mm. The exposed parts at both ends of the section should stop the corresponding anti-corrosion treatment. The section should be immersed in distilled water at (70 (+2)degrees centigrade for 30 days. After the experiment, the tube is cooled naturally to room temperature, and the inner coating of the specimen should be checked. The experimental results should conform to the rule of 5.15.
