锌锭质量:含锌量在98.5%以上的锌锭都可以作为热镀锌加工的锌锭。国外的热镀锌厂多选用PWG锌锭,即含铅量1%左右,含锌量98.8%以上。国内的热镀锌厂多选用SHG锌锭,纯度大约在99.99%-99.995%。

浸镀时刻:先打去锌槽的浮渣,等钢件彻底浸入,锌灰在锌槽表面形成,再一次除去锌灰及浮渣,当锌槽表面不再有锌灰发生时,渐渐将钢件移出锌槽,从不再发生锌灰为准通常在0.5-2分钟之间即可。

Dipping time: first remove the zinc pool scum, and so on steel parts completely immersed, zinc ash formed on the surface of the zinc pool, and then remove the zinc ash and scum. When there is no zinc ash on the surface of the zinc pool, gradually remove the steel parts out of the zinc pool, and no zinc ash occurs again, usually in 0.5-2 minutes.
