1、正常锌花镀层

1. Normal zinc plating

镀锌卷锌层在正常凝固过程中,锌晶粒自在长大成形的具有明显锌花形貌的镀层。

During the normal solidification process of zinc coatings on galvanized coils, zinc grains grow and form self-growing coatings with obvious zinc flower morphology.

2、小锌花镀层

锌层在凝固过程中,锌晶粒被人为限制,构成尽可能细小的锌花镀层。

In the solidification process of zinc layer, the zinc grain is artificially limited, forming as fine as possible zinc flower coating.

3、无锌花镀层

3. Zinc-free plating

经过调整镀液化学成分所得到的,不具有目视可见的锌花形貌,外表平均分歧的镀层。

The coating obtained by adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution does not have the visual appearance of zinc flower, and the appearance of the coating is average divergent.

4、锌铁合金镀层

4. Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating

对经过镀锌槽液后的钢带停止热处置,使整个镀层生成锌与铁的合金层,这种镀层外观呈暗灰色,没有金属光泽,在猛烈成型过程中易于粉化,适用于除普通的清洗外,不用进一步处置即可直接涂漆的镀层。

The hot treatment of steel strip after galvanizing bath is stopped so that the whole coating can form an alloy layer of zinc and iron. The coating has dark gray appearance and no metallic luster. It is easy to be powdered in the process of violent forming. It is suitable for coating which can be directly coated without further treatment except for ordinary cleaning.

5、差厚镀层

6、光整

Finishing is a cold rolling process that stops a small amount of deformation of galvanized steel sheets for one or more of the following purposes. Improve the appearance of galvanized steel sheet or suitable for decorative coatings; make the phenomenon of slip lines or folds produced when waste products are not processed temporarily to a minimum.

镀锌卷的用处是什么

What is the use of galvanized coils?

镀锌卷就是将薄钢板浸入熔解的锌槽中,使其外表粘附一层锌的薄钢板。镀锌卷可分为热轧镀锌板卷和冷轧热镀锌板卷,目前主要采用连续镀锌工艺消费,即把成卷的钢板连续浸在熔解有锌的镀槽中制成镀锌钢板。

Galvanized coil is a thin steel sheet which is immersed in molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc. Galvanized coil can be divided into hot-rolled galvanized coil and cold-rolled galvanized coil. At present, continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for consumption, that is, continuous immersion of coiled steel sheets in galvanized bath to make galvanized steel sheets.

由于镀锌卷具有耐腐蚀强、外表质量好、利于深加工、经济适用等特性,因而被普遍用于建筑、家电、汽车、容器、交通及家业等范畴。特别是钢构造建筑、汽车制造、钢板仓制造等行业。

Galvanized coils are widely used in construction, household appliances, automobiles, containers, transportation and household industries because of their strong corrosion resistance, good appearance, good processing and economic applicability. Especially in steel construction, automobile manufacturing, steel silo manufacturing and other industries.

镀锌卷的缺陷

Defects of galvanized coil

镀锌卷有容易零落、划伤、钝化斑、锌粒、厚边、气刀条痕、气刀刮痕、露钢、夹杂、机械损伤、钢基性能不良、浪边、瓢曲、尺寸不合、压印、锌层厚度不合、辊印等缺陷。

Galvanized coil has defects such as easy to fall off, scratch, passivation spot, zinc grain, thick edge, air knife blade mark, air knife scratch, exposed steel, inclusion, mechanical damage, poor performance of steel base, wave edge, ladle bending, dimension incompatibility, stamping, zinc layer thickness incompatibility, roll printing, etc.

镀锌卷锌层零落的主要缘由有外表氧化、有硅化合物、冷扎乳化液太脏、NOF段氧化氛围及维护气体露点太高、空燃比不合理、氢气流量偏低、炉子有氧渗入,带钢入锅温度偏低,RWP段炉压偏低及炉门吸风、NOF段炉温偏低,油脂蒸发不尽、锌锅铝含量偏低、机组速度太快、复原不充沛、锌液中停留时间太短、镀层偏厚。

The main reasons for the scattering of zinc layer in galvanized coil are surface oxidation, silicon compounds, dirty cold-binding emulsifier, too high oxidation atmosphere in NOF section and dew point of maintenance gas, unreasonable air-fuel ratio, low hydrogen flow rate, oxygen infiltration into furnace, low temperature of steel strip entering pot, low furnace pressure in RWP section, low furnace door suction, low furnace temperature in NOF section, oil and grease. The evaporation is inexhaustible, the aluminium content of the zinc pot is low, the speed of the unit is too fast, the recovery is not sufficient, the residence time in zinc solution is too short, and the coating is too thick.
