焊接钢管也称焊管,是用钢板或带钢经过卷曲成型后焊接制成的钢管。焊接钢管消费工艺简单,消费效率高,种类规格多,设备资少,但普通强度低于无缝钢管。20世纪30年代以来,随着优质带钢连轧消费的疾速开展以及焊接和检验技术的进步,焊缝质量不时进步,焊接钢管的种类规格日益增加,并在越来越多的范畴替代了无缝钢管。焊接钢管按焊缝的方式分为直缝焊管和螺旋焊管。

Welded steel pipe, also known as welded pipe, is a steel pipe made of steel plate or strip after coiling and forming. GB/T3091-1993(低压流体保送用镀锌焊接钢管)。主要用于保送水、煤气、空气、油和取暖热水或蒸汽等普通较低压力流体和其他用处管。其代表材质Q235A级钢。

GB/T3091-1993 (Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Delivery). Mainly used for conveying water, gas, air, oil, heating hot water or steam and other common low pressure fluids and other useful pipes. Its representative material is grade Q235A steel.

GB/T3092-1993(低压流体保送用镀锌焊接钢管)。主要用于保送水、煤气、空气、油和取暖热水或蒸汽等普通较低压力流体和其它用处管。其代表材质为:Q235A级钢。

GB/T3092-1993 (Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Delivery). Mainly used for conveying water, gas, air, oil, heating hot water or steam and other common low pressure fluids and other useful pipes. Its representative material is Q235A grade steel.

GB/T14291-1992(矿用流体保送焊接钢管)。主要用于矿山压风、排水、轴放瓦斯用直缝焊接钢管。其代表材质Q235A、B级钢。GB/T14980-1994(低压流体保送用大直径电焊钢管)。主要用于保送水、污水、煤气、空气、采暖蒸汽等低压流体和其它用处。其代表材质Q235A级钢。

GB/T 14291-1992 (Welded Pipe for Mine Fluid Delivery). Mainly used for mine air pressure, drainage, shaft gas drainage with straight seam welded steel pipe. Its representative material is grade Q235A and B steel. GB/T 14980-1994 (Large Diameter Welded Steel Pipe for Low Pressure Fluid Delivery). Mainly used for low pressure fluids such as water, sewage, gas, air, heating steam and other uses. Its representative material is grade Q235A steel.

GB/T12770-1991(机械构造用不锈钢焊接钢管)。主要用于机械、汽车、自行车、家具、宾馆和饭店装饰及其他机械部件与构造件。其代表材质0Cr13、1Cr17、00Cr19Ni11、1Cr18Ni9、0Cr18Ni11Nb等。

GB/T12770-1991 (stainless steel welded steel pipe for mechanical construction). Mainly used in machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, Hotel and hotel decoration and other mechanical parts and structures. Its representative materials are 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, etc.

GB/T12771-1991(流体保送用不锈钢焊接钢管)。主要用于保送低压腐蚀性介质。代表材质为0Cr13、0Cr19Ni9、00Cr19Ni11、00Cr17、0Cr18Ni11Nb、0017Cr17Ni14Mo2等。

GB/T12771-1991 (stainless steel welded pipe for fluid delivery). Mainly used to deliver low-pressure corrosive media. The representative materials are 0Cr13, 0Cr19Ni9, 00Cr19Ni11, 00Cr17, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, 0017Cr17Ni14Mo2, etc.

直缝焊管消费工艺简单,消费效率高,本钱低,开展较快。螺旋焊管的强度普通比直缝焊管高,能用较窄的坯料消费管径较大的焊管,还能够用同样宽度的坯料消费管径不同的焊管。但是与相同长度的直缝管相比,焊缝长度增加30~100%,而且消费速度较低。
