I. What's the difference?
Galvanized pipeline is abbreviated as "conductor pipe" (commonly used connection modes: JDG, KBG, LWG, EMT) galvanized steel pipe is abbreviated as "welded steel pipe".
Galvanized pipelines are specially designed for threading and conducting wires.
Galvanized steel pipe is used for water gas pipeline.
Galvanized steel pipe and galvanized line pipe are divided into two kinds of raw materials: hot galvanizing and galvanizing.
Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of thick galvanizing layer, uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
The galvanizing cost is low, the appearance is not very lubricated, and its corrosion resistance is much different from that of hot-dip galvanized tubes.
2. Performance of Galvanized Pipe and Galvanized Pipe
Galvanized pipeline is a kind of steel material pipeline. Galvanized pipelines can be subdivided into two types: full galvanized inside and outside and galvanized outside.
Jinan galvanized pipeline indicates that the usual galvanized pipeline is only the steel pipe inside the galvanized pipeline, which is specially used for threading pipeline. It is useful for large-scale engineering. The galvanized pipeline has hot-dip or galvanized welded pipeline on its surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipe and prolong its service life.
Galvanized pipes are widely used in petroleum industry, especially in offshore oil fields, oil wells, pipelines, oil heaters, condensation coolers, coal distillation and washing oil exchangers, as well as trestle pipe piles and supporting pipes for mine tunnels.
